Express and Next Day Delivery Service

 

​If you are in a hurry and would like your order on a next day service, we can help!

 

If you order before 1pm, we can offer a Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery Service (if you order after 1pm the order will be dealt with on the following day).  To order this service, go to "Store" (found at the top of the website) and click Express Delivery in the options.

 

If you need your order to arrive on a Saturday, we can also accommodate.  This can be found in the same place on the website.

 

Standard Delivery Service

 

FREE UK  STANDARD DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER £40

 

Lucy Lilybet will aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days within the UK. Any items that are personalised may take up to 10 days for delivery. All orders placed outside the UK may take longer.​

We use Royal Mail and for larger items such as our wicker baskets, it will be necessary for somebody to be at the address to accept delivery of the item from Royal Mail.

Our postal charges for orders placed in the UK are dependent on what you spend. We charge £1.95 for orders totalling up to £12, £2.95 for orders up to £39.99 and delivery is FREE for orders over £40

 

Please note that our laundry baskets and picnic baskets are not available to purchase outside the UK.​
